Notice to all members of the Management Corporations.

We wish to draw your kind attention to the notice published in the CMA website on 01/12/2020 by the Condominium Management Authority regarding the tenure of the Management Corporations.

Condominium Management Authority has already granted permission to Management Corporations to carry out their management functions up to 31^st of December 2020

Accordingly all the management Corporations are hereby directed to convene the AGM/ EGM after 31^st of December 2020 in accordance with the health guide lines and precautions.
